Communication with employees
You will welcome new employees and explain the general agreements within the companies.
You will check whether all new employees follow prior arrangements and take action when they don't.
You will be responsible for answering questions from clients and employees regarding housing and facilities.
You will redirect questions from employees which you can't answer to the person responsible.
You will guide and follow up on employees who resign to ensure all company property is returned to the correct department, and the final settlement is accurate.
Coaching new employees
You are responsible for instructing, motivating, and evaluating new employees.
You will manage each new employee's elaborate onboarding, including e-learning trajectories and explanations of safety measures and internal agreements.
You are the first person to contact for all work-related questions.
You check whether all customer guidelines are respected and take up any problems with the new employee.
You will check the (timely) attendance of new employees and report any deviations.
You make sure new employees possess all necessary materials (e.g. a badge) before starting their new job.
Profile
You have completed secondary school.
Having experience in a similar role is an asset, but not a requirement.
You are fluent in English and have basic proficiency in Dutch. Speaking another language (preferably a Slavic language) is an asset.
You would describe yourself as communicative, assertive, positive, motivated, and goal-oriented.
You are a good communicator, planner, and organizer, and you enjoy coaching people.
You have a Category B driver's license and are willing to work outside the office.
You are willing to work outside office hours when necessary.
