These are your tasks as HR & Office Coordinator:




  • Payroll administration: Passing on wages, hours and contracts.

  • Office management: Coordinate inventory management, facilities and logistics.

  • Project support: Prepare reports and book travel.

  • HR policies: Recruiting, onboarding and HR support.

  • Assistance and communication: Manage calendar and be point of contact.

Profile

This is what the profile of an HR & Office Coordinator looks like:




  • You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business management, finance, HR or communication). You have experience with payroll and payroll administration, preferably in collaboration with a social secretariat.

  • You are a pro at working with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative tools. A Google work environment is not foreign to you.

  • You speak Dutch and have a very good knowledge of English.

  • You would like to work in a growing, international team in the heart of Brussels.

  • You are a proactive and discrete organizer with knowledge of HR processes. You are eager to support management and team.

Offer
