Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?Je beheert jouw eigen klantenportefeuille, zoekt actief naar nieuwe partnerships en onderhoudt bestaande klantenrelaties.
Je stelt rekruteringsstrategieën op in functie van de noden van de klant.
Je koppelt ervaren IT-professionals aan de juiste klanten, met oog voor de verwachtingen van beide partijen.
Je onderhoudt voortdurend contact met klanten en kandidaten, ook na aanwerving, om duurzame relaties te garanderen.
Je zorgt voor regelmatige feedback en opvolging van lopende processen.
Profile
Je bent commercieel ingesteld en gedreven om zowel persoonlijke als bedrijfsdoelstellingen te behalen.
Je hebt bij voorkeur een eerste ervaring in recruitment of sales.
Je laat je motiveren door targets en streeft ernaar deze te overtreffen.
Je communiceert vlot op verschillende niveaus.
Je hebt een resultaatgerichte en proactieve mindset.
