Als Schadebeheerder Brand ben je betrokken bij een belangrijk moment voor onze klant. De schadeclaim is immers 'het' moment om de klant te bewijzen dat hij de juiste keuze heeft gemaakt door te kiezen voor CBC Insurances.
De schadegevallen die je behandelt, zijn meestal vrij omvangrijk, wat uiteraard zeer lonend is. Onze verzekeringsagenten op het terrein behandelen immers de meeste "kleine" schadegevallen. Je hebt veelvuldig telefonisch contact met onze agenten, maar ook met onze klanten.
Je beschikt over een grote autonomie om beslissingen te nemen over het beheer van uw dossiers: welke richting moet het dossier krijgen, of er dekking is, welke schadevergoeding moet worden betaald aan onze cliënt, of er een deskundige ter plaatse moet worden gestuurd, of er regres moet worden genomen, enz. Indien nodig kun je uiteraard een beroep doen op onze technische en juridische adviseurs om je te helpen je zaken te beheren.
Je hebt dus een essentiële en directe impact op de tevredenheid van onze cliënten, de hoofddoelstelling van CBC Assurances!
Schadebeheerder Brand
Job description
- Je hebt een gedegen ervaring in het afhandelen van brandclaims.
- Na een opleiding over onze verzekeringsproducten, ben je in staat om de dossiers voor onze verzekerden in deze tak van activiteit af te wikkelen.
- Je beheert de dossiers van begin tot einde: je ontvangt het schadegeval en regelt het dossier snel, correct en proactief.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de claim correct wordt afgehandeld ten gunste van onze verzekerde.
- Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met onze cliënten, onze deskundigen, gemachtigden en ook met de wederpartijen.
Profile
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma (bij voorkeur in rechten of verzekeringen).
- Een eerste ervaring in de afwikkeling van brandschade binnen een verzekeringsmaatschappij is van essentieel belang.
- Aanvullende ervaring in een andere branche is niet noodzakelijk, maar is zeker een pluspunt.
- Je bent enthousiast en klantgericht.
- Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig.
- Je bent in staat verantwoordelijkheid te nemen binnen de grenzen van uw bekwaamheid.
- Kennis van het Nederlands is een pluspunt.
- Je bent in staat duidelijk te communiceren, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je bent geïnteresseerd in het bereiken van uitdagende doelen
