For the position as a Service Engineer:
- You make the necessary schedules and installation plans for the installation and start-up of the machines;
- You coordinate together with the customer the on-site installation process;
- You are responsible for the technical final inspection before dispatching the machines to be installed;
- You ensure that everything has been assembled according to the plan;
- You confirm that all items in the offer are present and conduct the final functionality check of the machines;
- You are responsible for the maintenance and service interventions at the customers' sites;
- You travel to the customer to address and resolve the problem on-site in case of complaints or issues;
- You report, take care of the administration of the service tasks and provide feedback to the organization;
- You give presentations/training sessions (internally and externally) and present the project/product to customers;
- You travel internationally on a regular basis (up to 60%).
