Job description
As a Customer Service Representative (m/f/x), your responsibilities will include:
Customer Service Activities:
- handling requests from both new and existing customers.
Set-up Activities:
- processing incoming application forms ;
- processing customs forms ;
- checking documents and following up on missing information ;
- creating customer files in our system and keeping existing customer files up-to-date (+filing).
Regular Control via Control Reports:
- performing weekly and daily checks;
- overdue follow-ups.

Profile
The required qualifications for the Customer Service Representative (m/f/x) position :
- you are fluent in Italian and English ;
- you are a holder of at least a bachelor's degree;
- you are oriented towards customer service ;
- you are organized and accurate in your work ;
- you are an excellent communicator, flexible, and a team player ;
- you are capable of remaining calm under pressure.
