VIL is een vzw met een maatschappelijk doel.
De uit te voeren projecten zijn divers en interessant.
Je krijgt verschillende kansen.
Het loon is zeer goed, je krijgt een leasingwagen maar er worden geen bonussen voorzien.
Dit betreft een 9 to 5 job.
Het leiderschap van de algemeen directeur is bedenkelijk.
Er zijn reeds enkele burnouts in het bedrijf geweest, dit is een hoog % op 26 man personeel.
