Er wordt te veel verwacht zonder dat er iets tegenover staat. De targets voor een bonus zijn praktisch onhaalbaar. Onprofessionele houding bij problemen betreffende bezetting, infrastructurele problemen. Onvoldoende ondersteuning vanuit het hoofdbedrijf naar de winkels toe.
De opleiding pet advisor
De houding tegenover aanvragen tot interventie
Het steeds meer eisen zonder iets ertegenover te krijgen
de cutbacks op bezetting in de winkel
de onrealistische targets
Initiatief en behulpzaamheid worden afgebroken.
