De extreme vormen van tijdscontrole op de werkvloer van het call center is er echt over. Ook als je dringend een halve dag vrij nodig hebt is een hele bedoening. Op de dag zelf weet je of je de halve dag vrij of een uur vroeger mag stoppen. Er is al extreme druk van de job zelf maar dat wordt nog extra aangezwengeld doordat er onmogelijke kpi’s moeten volbracht worden. Het is nooit genoeg of goed. Ze proberen het goed te maken met incentives, zoals etentjes etc maar dat verhindert niet dat er veel mensen het niet uithouden en vertrekken.
