Organisatie voortgevloeid uit OCMW en Zorgbedrijf Roeselare met een duidelijke visie en strategie geïnspireerd door Omotenashi, de term voor de opperste vorm van Japanse gastvrijheid. Het bedrijf heeft verschillende submerken (woonzorgcentra, kinderdagverblijven, thuiszorg, enz.) en heeft een overeenkomst met de Stad Roeselare om de stadstoelage op 30 jaar tijd tot een minimum te beperken. Daardoor is de organisatie heel dynamisch, wat natuurlijk ook zorgt voor een grote druk en soms een chaotische werkomgeving.
