Ik doe mijn job als grafisch vormgever heel graag maar het personeelsbeleid/ loon is teleurstellend. Er wordt niet geluisterd naar werknemers. Als ik een probleem aanhaal is het antwoord 'daar kan ik niets aan veranderen', 'dat is nu gewoon zo', 'ja dat is nu business',... Collega's zitten op hun tandvlees en werken het uit op communicatie. Er is geen tussenkomst voor marketingpersoneel (een gsm of tussenkomst van het werk om het persoonlijk toestel te gebruiken).
