Een serieuze emotionele rollercoaster. Ondanks dat het een maatwerkbedrijf is , vind ik dat er soms te weinig rekening wordt gehouden met de mens achter de functie.
Maaltijdcheques, jobbonus, fietsvergoeding
Deadlines, cijfers lijken soms belangrijker dan het welzijn van werknemers.
