The scope of responsibilities for this role as a Controller include:

• Analyzing financial results and liaising with regional management;
• Streamlining workflow processes and enhancing gross profit;
• Serving as the primary contact for the Group for allocated entities;
• Initiating strategies for profitability enhancement;
• Ensuring up-to-date SAP framework and forecasts;
• Drafting budgets utilizing SAP BPC tools;
• Actively overseeing the balance sheet to mitigate risks;
• Ensuring compliance with financial processes and supporting audits;
• Assisting with overhead cost control and performing ad-hoc duties.

The requested qualifications for this job include:

• Bachelor or Master's degree;
• Background experience as a consultant or a financial controller, with a strong focus on finance, business outcomes, planning, and analysis;
• Audit experience is desirable but not essential;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. SAP knowledge is a plus;
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, the ability to work within tight deadlines, and a change management approach;
• Fluent English speaking abilities, as it is the business language. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
