Your responsibilities?



As a Sales Support Officer you have a dual function. On the one hand you are responsible for preparing quotations for our customers. On the other hand, you distribute the various incoming questions from our customers to the right people within the right departments and beyond.

 

Your tasks are varied and challenging:




  • You write quotations for long-term leasing of vehicles.

  • You manage your files from A to Z and take care of the necessary adjustments and additions.

  • You analyse the questions of our customers and dispatch them to the right department and person. You communicate mainly by e-mail and sometimes by telephone.

  • You think about possible ways to improve the existing work processes.

Profile

Who is our client looking for ? 




  • You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in the direction of Office Management or Sales, or equivalent experience.

  • You have strong thinking and reasoning skills, you are customer-oriented, and you can manage your priorities.

  • You can work both in a team and individually.

  • You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and French. Both orally and in writing.

  • You enjoy working on projects to improve work processes.
