Job description

Office & Facilities Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage contracts, monitor budgets, and improve workplace efficiency while ensuring service excellence.

Employee Well-being & Safety: Organize sports activities, enhance workplace morale, and lead compliance training in first aid, fire safety, and evacuation drills.

Vendor & Service Management: Assess and benchmark service providers to maintain cost-effectiveness and high-quality services, fostering strong partnerships.

Fleet Management: Oversee vehicle allocation, maintenance, and compliance, while optimizing costs related to leasing, insurance, and fuel tracking.

Policy & Data Management: Implement fleet policies, coordinate repairs, analyze usage data, and maintain accurate records to improve sustainability and efficiency.

Profile

A successful Office & Fleet Manager should have:


  • Minimum 4 years of experience in fleet management and facilities.

  • Strong knowledge of fleet management and offices operations.

  • Proficiency in coordinating and managing projects

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: fluency in English & French

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
