Vaikon bestaat uit een team van gepassioneerde mensen die zich inzetten om bedrijven te ondersteunen bij duurzame en natuurlijke grondstoffen(her)winning, om samen de wereld van morgen te bouwen. Dit doen we door het leveren van oplossingen voor het verwerken van slurry.

Wij zijn opzoek naar een ambitieuze Account Manager die zich graag inzet om klanten vooruit te helpen. Heb jij een can-do mentaliteit en wil je bijdragen aan het succes van ons bedrijf? Als onderdeel van ons sales team en in nauwe samen- werking met het accountmanagementteam, beheer je bestaande klantrelaties en werf je nieuwe klanten.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, demonstreren en vinden van technische oplossingen die aansluiten bij de behoeften van onze klanten. Als servicegericht bedrijf vinden we het belangrijk dat onze medewerkers zichzelf in de eerste fase van hun ontwikkeling het werk eigen maken en de handen uit de mouwen steken.

Jouw dagelijkse verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • Identificeren van technische behoeften van klanten en het ontwerpen van oplossingen die aan hun vereisten voldoen.
  • Werken met ons sales team om bestaande klantrelaties te beheren.
  • Opportuniteiten identificeren bij klanten en vertalen naar de engineeringsafdeling.
  • Opstellen van presentaties om technische oplossingen voor te stellen aan klanten.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes.
  • Up-to-date houden van je CRM als belangrijkste planmatige salestool.
  • Het bieden van technische ondersteuning aan klanten en werken met ons technische team om problemen op te lossen.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van klantbudgetten.

Profile

Wie ben jij:

  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatie- en presentatievaardigheden.
  • Je hebt een proactieve, data-driven en resultaatgerichte houding.
  • Je hebt een grote drive, ondernemingszin en bent intrinsiek gemotiveerd.
  • Je hebt technische affiniteit en bij voorkeur heb je reeds ervaring als accountmanager in een technische omgeving.
  • Bij voorkeur bachelor/master in een elektromechanische richting, maar geen noodzaak.
  • Ervaring is niet vereist, junior profielen met bereidheid tot leren en ontwikkelen binnen ons team worden overwogen.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Beheersing van Duitse en Franse taal is een surplus.
