Operator Pick & Place Machine (m/f/x) – High-Tech Production
Job description
You'll be working in a high-tech environment where precision and quality are key. Your role? Making sure the production of electronic components runs like a well-oiled machine.
? Preparing the Pick & Place machine
? Setting up feeders and teaching components
? Refilling supplies during production runs
? Programming and setting the screen printing machine
? Operating and adjusting the placement machine
? Operating the reflow oven
? Identifying and reporting technical or logistical issues

? You work independently and take ownership of your tasks
? You have a sharp eye for quality and detail
? You have a technical mindset and a problem-solving attitude

? You perform best in a calm and focused working environment
