Our client is a family-owned business specializing in facade systems in glass and metal. They provide tailored solutions for buildings based on specific needs and requirements, including design, delivery, and installation of curtain walls, doors & windows, and structural glass assemblies with guaranteed quality and consistency. The company is 100% Belgian and does not engage in import or export. All assembly and fabrication are carried out in-house in their own workshop.

• Analyzing tender documents to identify technical and commercial requirements.
• Preparing detailed quotations based on customer needs and technical specifications.
• Calculating and processing project files, including cost estimates and pricing calculations.
• Conducting initial technical assessments to ensure feasibility and efficiency.
• Presenting and explaining proposals to clients with a professional and persuasive approach.
• Supporting the Commercial Director with strategic and operational tasks.
• After the onboarding period, acting as the first point of contact for clients and guiding them through the quotation process.

• Fluency in French and English are essential for effective communication.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in cost estimation within the construction sector is a plus.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tender documents and technical project files.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Precise, structured, and able to work independently.
