The Business Analyst will support a major B2B transformation program within our Operations. The role involves organizing and managing various tasks within B2B Operations to ensure smooth execution of the transformation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the team manager on the B2B transformation program.
• Organize and manage smaller roadmaps within Delivery.
• Forecast and document changes in Jira.
• Coordinate with delivery teams and BEAT (Business Excellence and Acceleration Tribe).
• Prepare and conduct meetings, workshops, and ceremonies.
• Document and manage the process landscape for B2B Operations

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Approx. 10 years of experience in business analysis, process management, project management, and agile way of working.
• Experience in telecom is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Must have skills:

• Proficiency in BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and bring structure.

Nice to have skills:

• Knowledge of LeanIX.
• Experience in change management and transformation programs.
