R&D Test and Applications Engineer
Job description

As a valued team member, the new colleague will collaborate with experienced professionals in an international and rapidly growing environment. Work takes place in a high-tech building equipped with the latest equipment and machines, which also features an on-site fitness center and a complimentary company restaurant.
Your Responsibilities:
- Operating the profiling line for testing and sampling.
- Testing the performance of flooring and wall panels on a laboratory scale.
- Investigating and evaluating the performance of locking mechanisms in relation to material compositions.
- Implementing flooring technologies at new licensees in Europe.
- Analyzing, evaluating, and comparing test results, profiles, and products.
Profile
- You possess a technical education, preferably in the field of electromechanics.
- Experience in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Inventor, or a similar program, and the ability to make adjustments to technical designs when needed.
- Good oral and written proficiency in English.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Practical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Independent and proactive, with the ability to identify and lead opportunities and projects.
