Vakantie tijdens ziekte

Ik ben van maart al thuis , èn heb al gekregen tot het einde van het jaar. Hoe zit dit zan met mijn vakantie moet ik al die dagen dan terug betalen? Ik ben bediende en werk er nu een jaartje

Hallo daar. Eerst en vooral, veel beterschap. Wettelijk verlof moet opgenomen worden binnen het jaar zelf. Wat je vorig jaar hebt opgebouwd en niet kan opgenomen worden, zal je normaliter uitbetaald krijgen aan het eind van het jaar door je huidige werkgever. Deze dagen zou je kunnen opnemen binnen de 2 jaar maar aangezien ze nu uitbetaald worden in december, zijn ze wel onbetaald op te nemen in de komende jaren. Wat de andere vakantie"types" betreft, denk aan ADV dagen, informeer je best eens bij je huidige werkgever/kijk je best na in het arbeidsreglement wat daaromtrent de afspraken zijn.
