Pension faible et affiliation mutuelle : Puis-je refuser ma pension et rester à charge de mon mari ?

Cette question nous est parvenue via la boîte aux lettres éditoriale de Jobat.

Je suis mariée et à charge depuis 1980 de mon mari qui perçoit actuellement une pension de la SNCB.
Je viens d’avoir 65 ans et le SFP vient de m’informer que j’allais percevoir une pension annuelle brute de 2067.02 euros soit 172.25 €/mois.
De ce fait la SNCB-CSS informe mon mari que mon affiliation à la CSS de HR-Rail comme personne à charge m’est retirée et que je dois m’inscrire à une nouvelle mutuelle comme titulaire.
Etant donné le faible montant de ma pension suis-je obligée de l’accepter ou puis-je la refuser et rester à charge de mon mari ?
Quelle serait la procédure à suivre au cas où je peux la refuser ?
