Gewaarborgd loon tijdens ziekte

Ik werk in de nacht als zorgkundige. Ik heb een vast contract maar er staat niet vermeld dat ik vaste nacht doe ondanks ik enkel shiften doe ‘s nachts.
Dit zorgt voor verwarring bij mij indien ik langdurige ziek zou zijn van het werk wordt mijn loon de eerste 30 dagen betaald door de werkgever maar behoort daar dan ook mijn toeslagen bij van de nacht? Hier spreken we van 35% op weekdagen en 56% op weekend - en feestdagen. Dus stel nu dat ik ziek ben moeten ze dan mijn gewaarborgd loon betalen + premies?
