Ik vroeg mij af of ik mijn geboorteverlof ook kon aanvragen bij mijn toekomstige werkgever.
Situatie: opzeg aan het uitdoen zonder prestatie bij huidige werkgever. Geboorte vond plaats in deze opzegperiode en dus geen geboorteverlof aangevraagd.
Aan de slag gaan bij nieuwe werkgever binnen 10 dagen en dus theoretisch nog 3 maanden de tijd om het geboorteverlof op te nemen. Kan dit dus bij de nieuwe werkgever ondanks dat de geboorte al plaatsgevonden heeft terwijl ik nog bij een andere werkgever ingeschreven stond?
